However, in fairness to our experts who do the assessments, we require that any request for a refund be accompanied by an evaluation of the in-depth structured assessment or revision. (An Evaluation button can be found at the end of the assessment.) There are a number of reasons for the evaluation:

• As a client, you need to be protected from those claiming to provide an in-depth assessment/revision, but which did not meet your standards of an assessment nor our C.A.R.E. criteria. If we don't find it obvious why you feel the service is not satisfactory, your evaluation will help us pinpoint the relevant issues.
• If the EntreBahn expert has made a good faith effort to provide you with a useful assessment or revision, they deserve to be compensated for their effort. Otherwise, they are being treated unfairly. We need to protect them from this happening.
• The evaluation helps us improve our services to you and others.

Refunds are credited to the account from which they came, unless requested otherwise.
