Introduction

Policies are guidelines that we follow in operating our business. It implicitly applies to all users, unless explicitly excluded in one or more Policies.

Agreements are legal commitments explicitly agreed to between parties interacting with each other.

For example, we have a policy of protecting the privacy of our users. Access to a client's material is protected by an expert explicitly signing a Confidentiality Agreement not to reveal any client information to third parties, unless authorized by conditions in the Confidentiality Agreement.
